No. 4, 5 seeds advance on Day 2 in Paris

Both of the seeds who got on the courts on Tuesday in Paris were successful in winning their matches, and they both won their matches in easy straight sets.

No. 4 seed Agnieszka Radwanska crushed her opponent, Ukranian Oxana Lyubtsova, 61 61, while No. 5 seed Alize Cornet demolished Anastasija Sevastova, 61 63.

Daniela Hantuchova was also part of the winner list of the day, as she cruised past Ekaterina Makarova 62 62.

Other winners ofthe day were Karolina Sprem, who beat Petra Kvitova in straight sets 63 61, Monica Niculsecu, who defeated Timea Baczinszky 64 63, Emelie Loit, who demolished Nicole Vaidisova, 61 64, Alisa Kleybanova, who won to Tsvetana Pironkova 62 76(3), and Nathalie Dechy, who fought hard to beat Sorana Cirstea 62 16 62.
